What is your return policy?

Our return policly is simple. If you oder our basic hoodie or pre made our return policy allows for exchanges or full refund within 5 days of receiving the product. If you oder a custom hoodie their is no refunds but we will we will give you a 35% discount on your next oder with printsbyvince. Or you may ask for a 35% refund of your toatl order.
